So I made a new Windows 10 64bit computer about two weeks ago. I downloaded itunes today hoping to visit the app store to download the latest version of some apps I've purchased a while back to my new computer to then sync it to my phone.

But from what it seems when I open up itunes on my computer there isn't an app store at all But for me I've disabled the app store completely on my phone and now some of them are outdated and I can't reverse what I've done :.
