When I opened it it said I needed a Program to load it on so I chose internet explorer. I can go to the download but every time I try to open it it does nothing. I decided to just download something that didn't require it but instead of going to the nexus mod manager it went to the internet explorer page with the SKSE. What do I do eveything I download go's there and it won't let me open them.
